Heart Yorkshire

Heart Yorkshire is a regional radio station that is owned by Communicorp and operated by Global Radio. This station's studio is located in Leeds and it broadcasts to South and West Yorkshire. Heart's Leeds studios produce and broadcast local programming and Global Radio's London headquarters broadcasts all networked programming.
Heart Yorkshire's former name was Real Radio Yorkshire. This station was launched on 25 March 2002. On 6 February 2014 after Global Radio bought CGM Radio the station continued to operate as Real and Smooth Limited' until 1 April 2014. On 6 May 2014 all Real Radio stations were rebranded as Heart and Heart Yorkshire was fully relaunched.
